Unfortunately you can't make the Twin Jet as good looking as seen on the front cover. The national markings are extra ad ons. |
For me it dit not matter. For a true Swede only Swedish colours will do. Two roles of Oratrim was bought. But the Oratrim sticks to the Elapor as good as it will stick to pork. The development people at Tesa (the tape manufacturer) knew how to mix glue. Surfaces to be coverd with decor was first coverd with trasparent Tesa tape. Then Oratrim. Worked great |

Blue and yellow speed stripes, a thumb grip and even a center of gravity marking just above my thumb. It´s that little knob that you should place your fingers on when it time to balance the model. Very clever!! |
The canopy was "painted" with a black marker. It´s not 2 component epoxy colour, realy. But it´s easy tho apply and easy to improve if needed. |
